Zrii Business: A Critical Review Of The Zrii Business Opportunity
So What Is Zrii?
Zrii is a relatively new network marketing company (launched May 20, 2008) that promotes a liquid nutritional featuring the world renowned Amalaki fruit (Indian gooseberry) and six powerful herbs including Turmeric, Tulsi, Schizandra, Jujube, Haritaki and Ginger. The Amalaki fruit is well known for it's powerful antioxidant and cell rejuvenation properties. Paired with this potent beverage is the business opportunity that enables Zrii distributors to earn commissions per volume of product sold monthly and new members sponsored into the organization. The greatest thing about this article is that I was once a distributor for Zrii, so I thoroughly understand how the company works. However, I am not here to bash Zrii or say anything negative. This is going to be as objective as possible. As far as the product goes I personally have used it before and would give it a good rating. Like most liquid nutritional products out there in the market Zrii has delivered on it's health benefits. But the product is not what we are here to talk about.
How Exactly Does The Zrii Business Work?
In case you are not aware of how the MLM/ Network Marketing business model works, it goes something like this. When you join as a distributor you have the ability to earn income with the company. This occurs when you enroll customers and new distributors. Each are required to pay for a specific amount of product each month. This adds to your overall organizational volume of product sold, which in turn reflects how much you earn. The most appealing thing about this business model is the passive income you can generate. This happens when you get your volume up to a specific level. Zrii, a company that sells a health and wellness product, pays it's distributors in the same manner. Distributors sell product and sponsor distributors and can get paid accordingly. To encourage distributor production and duplication Zrii offers an array of bonuses.
Your Marketing Approach
Many Zrii teams and even upper management are still under the impression that this industry still revolves around word-of-mouth marketing. Meaning that the only way you can build your business is by marketing the business and product to your direct circle of influence (friends, family, coworkers, etc.). This could not be farther from the truth. The problem with this approach lies in the psychology. Most of these people you know and talk to about the business probably will not join. For one, they never had the intention of joining a business like this. Two, even if you did somehow get them started, they would not be the best producer. In order to become a successful network marketer you must master the skill of marketing and target people who either are looking for a product like the one Zrii offers or the business opportunity. Don't try and sponsor your family and some random people off the street.
Can You Experience Success In Zrii?
Absolutely. You can experience success in Zrii or any other network marketing company for that matter. This can only happen when you learn the necessary skills and do not quit. These skills are selling, relationship building and most importantly MARKETING. If it is one skill I could recommend to you it would be marketing. You could have the best product, the best compensation plan and all kinds of other benefits in your company, but it will do you no good unless you are able to market this to people. Most people come into this industry, try to work the business for a few weeks, don't see any results and give up on it that fast. Success in MLM does not come over night. But if you do it right and go through the transformation that comes along the way, you can get paid for life. It's a shame though, because over 90% of people fail in this industry and usually go back to their jobs.

That is absolutely going to be up to you. It really doesn't matter what company you join. You need to know how to market and how to actually attract people directly to you.
